His priorities are to provide the highest quality education and build strong relationships with each trainee.

As a former search and rescue technician, Hernan was responsible for conducting air search and rescue (SAR), utilizing helicopters to locate lost, stranded, and/or abandoned individuals who may or may not be injured or in need of medical attention. Prepared to perform Basic Life Support (BLS) medical treatment, if needed, the air rescues Hernan conducted included rescues utilizing hoist or short-haul techniques in urban and rural areas, mountainous terrain, swift water, still water, or offshore rescues and on-scene medical evacuations of disaster victims with life threatening injuries.
 
 Hernan continues to have the rescuer personality. He works hard and is driven to help others. He shows that he truly wants to understand your career goals and help you find a path to achieve them. A path that identifies plans for personal growth and professional development that can be realistically implemented by a set deadline.  And no need to worry, if obstacles become part of your path and have a need for help, the rescuer is there, just like a superhero, ready to save the day!!!
