Our Training
KEY FACTORS THAT MAKE OUR PROGRAM SUCCESSFUL AND UNIQUE
OUR CNA TRAINING PROGRAM
Our CNA training program has a total duration of six weeks. The students are required to complete 120 hours according to the Department of Health. 80 hours consist of in-person lecture classes given by licensed instructors, 20 hours of skill practicum and the remaining 20 hours consist of clinical internship in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Our program teaches hands-on skills that students will use every day to provide patients with exceptional health care. After practicing these skills in a lecture and lab setting, students will put them to use on a clinical setting in the real world.
Assistance with Spanish speaking students is available and will be provided in the classroom setting as needed.
Homemaker Training Program
This training designed for English language learners (ELL) and is taken in conjunction with our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. Trainees meet to review vocabulary, summarize the current unit of instruction, and complete activities to prepare them for class with the CNA instructor.
Upon completion, trainees will be prepared to provide homemaker/companion services.
